Steve Sherman
Founder and Managing Director
 Steve Sherman has more than 17 years of transaction experience. Steve focuses on financial services, healthcare companies and technology transactions. He has completed more than $2 billion in financial services acquisitions and has almost a decade of Information Technology transaction experience. Prior to joining FairView, Steve was Director of Business Development at both AT&T and AT&T Capital. Steve is frequently called to write and speak on financial industry issues and events. He received a Baker Scholarship and has an MBA from the NYU Stern School and L’Ecole Des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.

Elliott H. Singer
Founder and Managing Director
 Elliott H. Singer is one of the entrepreneurial leaders in the messaging and wireless industries. Bringing more than twenty years of managerial and advisory experience to the team, Elliott has managed projects in telecommunications, minor league hockey and baseball, and other business services. Prior to joining FairView as a founding principal, Elliott was the founder and former CEO of A+ Network (formerly A+ Communications). He successfully grew the company to become a $100 million strategic competitor. He took the firm public, and negotiated a $300 million merger with Metrocall. He holds a B.A. from Tulane University and an MBA from the Leonard R. Stern School of Business at NYU.

Evan Anderson
Vice President
 Evan Anderson has more than eight years of transactional experience including significant, lead-managed underwriter public offering experience. As a member of a young, California-based corporate finance department, he and his team completed more than 20 IPO's, secondary/rights offerings, private placements and M&A advisory transactions. Evan has advised at all transactional levels including as lead banker and also has venture principal experience. He holds both an MBA & JD degrees and is also a registered patent attorney.

Gigi Collins CFA
Vice President
 Gigi Collins is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years experience solving complex business and financial challenges. Before joining FairView Advisors, she was a Vice President at Bankers Trust Company where she successfully prepared strategic business plans; negotiated contracts; provided marketing support for products to Fortune 500 client base; and implement trading and back office systems in New York, London, Hong Kong and Australia.

Roger Crafe
Vice President
 Roger Crafe is a successful financial services executive with more than 30 years transaction and executive experience in the leasing and equipment finance industry. Prior to joining Fairview, Roger was CEO of USX Credit, the financing arm of the largest steel maker in the United States. Earlier in his successful career, Roger held key executive positions at several other major finance companies.

John Taylor
Vice President
 John Taylor is an accomplished financial and general management executive who has been active in the financial services and high technology communities for over twenty-five years. Most recently, he was President of Glendale Associates Corporation, consulting to the venture capital, financial services, and high technology communities. Previous to Glendale, he was founder and Managing Director of Taylor Gordon Law Group, a founder and Executive Vice President of LeasePartners Corporation and held a number of senior management positions with US Leasing. During Mr. Taylor’s career, he has raised over $500 million in debt and equity capital and has substantial transaction experience. He is intimately familiar with the managerial challenges faced by entrepreneurs in successfully navigating through high-growth environments and has managed both mature ventures as well as successfully founding, building and selling start-ups. John has a BS in Finance from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
